Sears Repair is a joke review


My name is Janet (Woodard) Shaddon. We took my over the range microwave to the Mena, Ar appliance store on November 9, 2010 to be repaired. It was still under warranty. They said it would take about 2 weeks and they would call when is was ready. After about 3 weeks we went back to the store because we had not heard anything from them. We were told it would be just a few mre days and they would call. Again, no call. We called them and were told the person that knew about our microwave was out and would return our call when he returned. Again, no call. It has now been over 2 months and still no microwave and not one time have they returned our calls. We have been to the store 5 times and made about or 6 calls. Everytime, we are told it will be fixed in a few days, we will call. When we go to the store, the one we need to talk to "has stepped out, or gone to lunch", and they will have him to call us as soon as he gets back. Surprise! No call! We were told the last time we called that our microwave would be fixed this past Monday. We called yesterday (Tuesday) because we had heard nothing on Monday as once again was told the man that would know was out but would call us by noon. Guess what! This is Wednesday, and still no call. We were even given a number to call to complain and the number that we called said they could not help us. I am really fed up. I have no microwave and can get no one to help me. I am to the point of cutting my credit card up and returning to Sears and never setting foot in their store again. My number is 479-207-2813. If anyone at Sears cares, please call and help me.
